Ready, Set, Write is for adult female songwriters who want a clear, step-by-step framework to write songs. It’s built with total beginners in mind, but is still highly valuable to intermediate writers. We do accept mature, goal oriented teens with parental consent and required meet & greet.

If you’re already regularly writing songs and are ready to level up your craft, i'd recommend pairing RSW with Write On Purpose to build a framework you can use and then  level up your skills to a professional writing level.

No. The video lessons are online so you can learn at your own pace, but you won’t be doing this alone. You’ll get personal feedback and guidance from me on your Power Work & songs, interacting 1:1 via slack whenever you need in videos, screen recordings, huddles and accountability check-ins, live weekly group calls, office hours and deep dives where you can ask questions and interact in a live call format, and a community of fellow songwriters cheering you on. Think of it as step-by-step mentorship, with lessons you can come back to anytime. It's the perfect combo between 1:1 mentor guided, self-led and group supported.

You can pay-in-full up front, select a financed payment plan through Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay that allow you to select your own payment amount each month or you can set up a Kajabi Payment plan which will simply charge your payment method each month with no interest.  I never want finances to be a reason why someone couldn't hone their craft, I am happy to work with you to find the right payment plan for you. I'm not going to let a stupid thing like money get in the way of your success.

You will have lifetime access to the video library content and all updates. You will have access to the 1:1 support and community access for one year, with options to extend. You can always upgrade topic scope to higher level skills which renews your clock, or stay on a month-to-month basis after your year is up.

If you do all of the work I give you, attend live calls and trainings, and stay connected and active in our slack accountability and don't see significant improvement in your skills within your one year, I will continue working with you at no additional charge until you are.

Don't take my word for it. Schedule a free meet and greet (NOT A SALES CALL) and let's chat so you can meet me and decide for yourself!

I'm happy to help you find the best fit for you whether we end up working together or I end up recommending you to another program that might be a better fit.

No competition or gross pushy sales pressure around here. Just here to make sure you get the support you need whether it's with me or something else.

The songwriting principles taught apply to any genre, however, most of the examples and teaching materials are written with pop, country, indie, americana, singer-songwriter, cinematic, worship, ccm, r&b etc. in mind. We don't have many rap, metal, EDM or heavy rock examples - though you can always apply the principles to any genre!

Nope, you don't need to be able to play any instruments.
